１．National park Hinomisaki Machiaruki Guide
A guide-accompanied 90-min. 1.5 km tour of Hinomisaki tourist information center- Izumo Hinomisaki Lighthouse- Kashiwaryouen – Fumishima- Hinomisaki Shrine.
２．Hinomisaki Sunset Appreciation Tour
A guide-accompanied tour of Izumo city’s Japan Heritage ‘The Sunset in the Sacred land of Izumo- Sunset Created by the Gods’
３．Inasa-no-hama Earthing Walk
Experience Nordic Walking barefoot at dusk from Bentenjima to Kizuki Kaihin Koen, then with a rush mat as a pillow, lie down on the beach and enjoy deep breathing and meditation.
４．Early morning worshipping at Izumo Taisha Grand Shrine
A chance to enjoy a visit to the shrine when the air is at its crispest in the early morning. The ‘sightseeing plan’ of a guide-accompanied tour of the shrine and the ‘plus-breakfast plan’ of enjoying a breakfast made from local ingredients after the visit to the shrine, are available.

Japanese crested ibis at Izumo Breeding Center
The center, in operation since 2011, has been delivering good results. Successful breeding over a period of seven years has resulted in 37 of these birds being transferred to Sado Conservation Center for Japanese crested ibis in Niigata prefecture, from which 4 birds were originally received by Izumo city, and 32 of them have been released in to the wild. With a view to increasing awareness about the conservation of this species, there is a plan to establish a facility where the public will be able to observe the birds.
